Please note: Our dates are a 100% natural agricultural product, and variations in size, color, texture, and sweetness may occur from season to season. Because of this, we cannot approve claims based solely on personal preference or natural variations.

What are the shipping rates?
Rancho las Novias ships our product via USPS and FedEx. You can view the estimated shipping charges calculated for items in your shopping cart when you enter in your ship-to postal code. To do this, select the Country from the dropdown, if it is requested, and enter in the shipping postal code in the text box to the right of the postal code. Click on the “Calculate” button to automatically display shipping charges for that postal code.
Additional Shipping Details
Items are usually processed within 2 business days after your order is placed and payment is received.
Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for weekend orders.
When available, tracking information is usually provided within 24 hours of shipment. This will be available on the order page linked from your order confirmation email.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship to addresses in the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Due to strictly enforced food safety requirements, Rancho Las Novias only accepts product returns if the package has not been opened. If you experience a quality issue please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the product issue. Please do not send us a return without obtaining a return shipping label and confirmation from Rancho Las Novias to ensure your return is received properly. Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Missing or Damaged Packages
At Rancho Las Novias, all orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Once a package shows confirmed delivery by the carrier, Rancho Las Novias is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we understand how frustrating this can be and we are happy to assist by providing tracking details and helping you review possible next steps.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the situation and assist you accordingly.
If a package is returned or refused, you will be contacted, and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Policy (Wholesale Orders):
Missing, Damaged, or Returned Shipments
All wholesale orders from Rancho Las Novias are shipped to the delivery address provided on the purchase order. Buyers are responsible for verifying that all shipping information is accurate prior to shipment.
Once a shipment has been picked up by the carrier and tracking information has been issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Rancho Las Novias is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen shipments after confirmed delivery.
Damaged Freight
All wholesale shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Failure to document damage at delivery may void any claim.
If concealed damage is discovered, the buyer must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and pallet condition.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address, scheduling issues, or buyer-related circumstances, the buyer will be responsible for all reshipment, storage, and additional freight charges.
